Description: These minutes of a Romanian Politburo meeting contain a report by the general secretary of the Romanian Communist Party, Nicolae Ceauşescu. He informs his listeners about his discussions with CPSU General Secretary Leonid Brezhnev in May 1970. Ceauşescu gives an account of Brezhnev's complaints regarding the Romanian position within the Warsaw Pact and its foreign policy, especially the Romanian position towards Israel and Czechoslovakia.
