Ivan Iakubovskii's Report on the State of the United Armed Forces

Description: In this document, Warsaw Pact Supreme Commander Ivan Iakubovskii reports on the state of the United Armed Forces (UAF). He indicates that operational plans and the coordination of forces are being handled without the participation of Romania, and that while Pact members have signed agreements to develop their forces over the following five years (1976-1980), Romania is not part of this plan.
