This report discusses espionage activities of NATO member countries on the territory of East Germany. These activities are allegedly conducted by the US, French, and British Military Liaison Missions (MLM). According to this document, the espionage activities of the MLM are not limited to permissible observation methods: they make intense use of electronic devices and approach East German citizens as well as occasionally entering restricted military areas.
