Memorandum by the Romanian Foreign Minister (Corneliu Mănescu) on requests for ammunition by Pakistan

Description: This memorandum, written by the Romanian foreign minister Corneliu Mănescu comments on a number of requests made by Pakistan for the purchase of ammunition for Soviet weapon systems from Romania. According to Mănescu, these requests had been turned down in order to avoid negative effects on Romanian-Indian relations.
