Subject: Les Bases Idéologique et l'Unité de l'Alliance - Rapport du Rapporteur du Sous-Groupe 2
19 Sep 1967
Description: This report on inter-allied relations by Belgian Minister of State Paul Henri Spaak presents the outcomes of the discussion among Sub-Group 2. It examines the original conception of the alliance in 1949 and its historical development since. It further assesses détente and its consequences in the political field. On this basis, the report draws conclusions for the future shape and tasks of NATO.
