This set of two reports addresses psychological warfare between NATO and the Warsaw Pact (WP) from an East German and Romanian point of view. They are presented at the 20th session of the Warsaw Pact's (WP) Committee of Ministers of Defense (CMD) in Bucharest in 1987. The East German report reviews the work of West German media and military. The consequences of intensified personal contacts between West and East Germany are discussed.
