Description:
These are the minutes of the 11th session of the Warsaw Pact's Committee of Defense Ministers (CDM) in East Berlin in 1978. The protocol inludes a list of participants, questions discussed, and decisions taken. Topics include the state and development of NATO forces, the development and technical equipment of the United Armed Forces (UAF), and the establishment of a coordinated policy regarding military aid for developing countries. Decisions were made in all of these areas; the minutes also include Romanian objections.
