Description:
This is the French translation of the revised working paper by NATO Secretary General Manlio Brosio. It also includes the comments and suggestions of the Special Group at the meeting on 17 March 1967. This paper lists four topics to be studied by four sub-groups. It proposes that the Special Group consist of NATO permanent representatives and that it should be responsible for the preparation and coordiation of the study. It further suggests entrusting the presentation of each topic to one national delegation. Finally, the paper tasks the sub-groups with defining the specific study questions, and assigns reporting responsibility to the International Secretariat.
