Description: This letter by Dutch Deputy Permanent Representative to NATO J. H. O. Insinger to UK Ambassador to NATO Bernard Burrows summarizes his opinion on Part II of the draft report of Sub-Group 1. It asks Burrows to bear in mind the influence that all contacts between West Germany or NATO member states and East Germany would have on the German Question and, therefore, on the relaxation of tensions between East and West.
