Description: This document is a transcript of a speech by the General Secretary of the KSČ, Gustáv Husák, at the July 1973 Crimea meeting. With respect to Foreign Relations, Husák refers to the impending signing of the treaty with the FRG and the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.He also draws on Romanian and Chinese positions.
