Description: This report on the 1978 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Moscow lists the two Soviet draft documents to be adopted at the end of the meeting: (i) a declaration concentrating on the foreign policy of the Socialist states and international questions (e.g. disarmament), and (ii) the communiqué of the meeting, including for the first time questions of political and economic cooperation of the Socialist states.
