These are the minutes of the ninth session of the Warsaw Pact Committee of Defense Ministers (CDM) in Sofia in 1976. It contains a list of participants, questions discussed, and decisions taken at the meeting. Topics included the state and development of NATO forces, the integration and standardization of armament items, and the realization of confidence-building measures in the framework of the Conference for Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE).
