Communiqué

19 Apr 1984
Description: This is a communiqué issued at the 1984 meeting of the Warsaw Pact's Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs (CMFA) in Budapest expressing the need for disarmament in Europe. The Warsaw Pact member states call upon NATO signatories to stop the deployment of intermediate-range nuclear weapons and to foster nuclear disarmament in Europe.
