Eleventh Interkit Meeting, Mierki, Poland

11 Jun 1980
Description: This report of the eleventh Interkit meeting addresses the role of China in international relations. China is accused of obstructing the process of détente and dividing the international Communist movement by developing relations with the US, Japan, and West Germany. The document expresses concern with Beijing's interference in Southeast Asian politics. It makes special reference to regional security issues, such as China's relations with its neighbors: the Soviet Union, Vietnam, Mongolia, and Laos.
