Communiqué

20 Jan 1965
Description: This communiqué states that Warsaw Pact members have met to discuss NATO's plan to create a multilateral nuclear force and the possible consequences to security if the plan is carried out. It also notes the Warsaw Pact's concern about West German access to nuclear weapons and its territorial claims against East Germany, as well as PCC calls for a peaceful resolution of the German question and its support for a nonaggression treaty between the Warsaw Pact and NATO.
