In this telegram, the Romanian ambassador in Moscow reports to the minister of foreign affairs, George Macovescu, on having contacted the Soviet Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to be given the documents needed for the upcoming meeting of the Political Consultative Committee (PCC) in Prague. The solicited documents are either on their way to Bucharest or are still in draft state and will be sent to Bucharest as soon as possible.
