Description: This is a memorandum for a meeting between East German Minister of Defense Heinz Hoffmann and Soviet Minister of Defense Dmitri Ustinov. Among the topics for discussion are the visit of a Soviet military delegation in March 1983 as well as cooperation between the East German and Soviet armed forces in East Germany. Also mentioned in the document are the East German contribution to the United Armed Forces' military equipment, and training for East German officers in the Soviet Union.
