Description:
This operational plan refers to ways of screening the deployment of an East German motorized rifle division from 19 to 23 March 1984. Department VIII of the East German Ministry of State Security (MfS) is responsible for the surveillance and blocking of possible Military Liaison Mission (MLM) vehicles. Several plans for blocking MLM vehicles are elaborated.
