Council of Ministers Resolution No. 88 on Free Economic and Military Aid to Nicaragua

Description: This resolution by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers addresses the delivery of free military and economic aid to Nicaragua. The resolution refers in particular to deliveries of oil and to the increase of investment loans extended to Nicaragua.
