Czechoslovak Measures for Occupied Western European Territories: Order of the Commander of the Western Front

Description: This is an order issued by the Czechoslovak commander of the Western front. It calls upon the soldiers to respect the Geneva Conventions in case of war and to treat civilians accordingly. It also explains the concept of a safe-conduct pass for NATO soldiers encouraging them to defect to Warsaw Pact forces.
