Records of the PCC Meeting in Moscow: Public Declaration

Description: This declaration on the reform of the Warsaw Pact was adopted at the 1990 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Moscow. The signatories state that peace and security in Europe have become a reality since the end of the antagonism between NATO and Warsaw Pact. They underline their desire to further institutionalize the CSCE process, and welcome the reunification of Germany.
