East German Statement (State and Development of NATO's Armed Forces)

3 Dec 1984
Description: This is an East German statement on the state and development of NATO's armed forces on the Western and Southwestern theaters of war until 1990, delivered by East German Minister of Defense Heinz Hoffmann at the 17th session of the Warsaw Pact's Committee of Ministers of Defense in Budapest in 1984.
