Description: At this meeting, the Warsaw Pact deputy foreign ministers discuss cooperation between the Socialist countries at international fora concerning human rights and humanitarian issues, the development of democracy in the Socialist countries, the possible role of organizations dealing with human rights in the Socialist states, and preparations for the planned Socialist Declaration on Human Rights.
