This is a transcript of a speech on the political transformation of Europe delivered by Mikhail Gorbachev at the 1990 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Moscow. He gives his consent to the reunification of East and West Germany and expresses understanding for US concerns regarding German reunification.
