Draft Decisions for the First and Second Agenda Item

Description: These are four draft decisions for the first session of the Warsaw Pact (WP) Committee of Defense Ministers (CDM) in Moscow 1969. The first draft is devoted to NATO policy, the second to the development of the WP land and air forces, the third to the establishment of a staff and a technical committee with the United Armed Forces, and the fourth to technical and organizational questions regarding future CDM work.
