19 Apr 1968
Description: This is a memorandum of a conversation between Warsaw Pact Supreme Commander Ivan Iakubovsky and Polish leader Władysław Gomułka in 1968. Iakubovsky proposes new statutes regarding the alliance's Military Council, Unified Command, and Unified Air Defense System.
