Description: This is a transcript of a speech given by the first secretary of the Polish Worker's Party, Władysław Gomułka, at the 1965 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Warsaw. He expresses concern about the possible deployment of multilateral nuclear forces on the territory of West Germany, and suggests the creation of a collective European security system as well as a nuclear-free zone in Europe.
