Decision by the Permanent Presidium of the RCP's Central Committee

Description: This protocol records the Central Committee's decision to refrain from communicating an official Romanian reaction to the Soviet ambassador regarding the results of the 1966 Tashkent Conference. The foreign minister Corneliu Mănescu expresses his view that the Soviet Union should have consulted Romania prior to the conference.
