Report by Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Trade (Ivan Budinov) on Free Arms Delivery to North Vietnam

Description: This is a report by Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Trade Ivan Budinov on the results of negotiations with North Vietnam on the provision of free military aid in 1968. As a result of the negotiations, a protocol on military assistance worth 4.8 million Rubles was signed. Budinov asks the Council of Ministers to approve that document. Enclosed is a draft resolution on implementing this protocol. Additionally, the North Vietnamese representatives have asked for anti-aircraft and anti-tank weapons.
