Description:
This resolution by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers approves the development of military and economic relations with developing countries from Africa and the Middle East. According to the resolution, military and economic cooperation with these countries must proceed without disrupting the development program of the Bulgarian armed forces and Bulgaria's responsibilities within the Warsaw Pact.
