Description:
This proposal by Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Bashev suggests sending light infantry weapons as well as a delegation of military and civilian specialists to Zanzibar. Bashev outlines Zanzibar's development into a Socialist People's Republic and states that Bulgaria recognizes the new state.
