Information from the Minister of Defense on Urgent Military Aid to Mozambique

Description: This memorandum from Bulgarian Minister of Defense Dobri Dzurov discusses the situation in Mozambique and a request for military support from the president of Mozambique, Samora Machel. In light of the ongoing armed conflict, Dzurov advises the Bulgarian government to deliver arms to Mozambique as soon as possible and to offer the Front for the Liberation of Mozambique (FRELIMO) political support.
