Description:
This is a transcript of a meeting between the Soviet leader Joseph Stalin and representatives of the Central Committee (CC) of the Communist Party of India (CPI) on the latter’s strategy and tactics. Stalin answers various questions submitted to him by the CPI that focus on the revolutionary potential of India, priorities for the CPI in its struggle for an eventual takeover of power and the chances for the successful waging of a guerilla war. Furthermore he comments on the experiences of the Chinese and Soviet Communists, the struggle against imperialism and the need for an alliance between the working class and the peasantry.
