Council of Ministers Resolution No. P-119 on Free Arms Delivery to Zanzibar

Description: This is a resolution by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers on a free delivery of rifles and ammunition to the Republic of Zanzibar. The resolution identifies the parties responsible for the delivery, the transport, and the financing. Two Bulgarian experts are to train the Zanzibar armed forces, and the Bulgarian Red Cross will provide some medical supplies.
