Description: This letter by Polish Foreign Minister Emil Wojtaszek to the first secretary of the PZPR, Edward Gierek, proposes that Poland accept the Soviet draft and declaration to be discussed at the forthcoming Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting, albeit with some modifications in the tone and the removal of wording that could be understood as a threat to the West.
