Agreement between Bulgaria and Somalia on Provision of a US$5 Million Loan to DR of Somalia

Description: Under the terms of this document, Bulgaria agrees to provide a US$5 million loan to the Democratic Republic of Somalia to be used from 1976 to 1980. With this loan, the Bulgarian government supports several geological surveys in Somalia. The agreement includes information on the payment conditions, Somali imports of Bulgarian machinery and equipment, and Bulgarian experts working in Somalia on the implementation of the agreement.
