Information on Negotiations with British, Polish, and Czechoslovak Trade Companies for Re-Export of Old German Armament to Third World Countries

Description: This report provides information on the state of negotiations between Bulgaria and a British company on the sale of old German weapons and armaments that are not used by the Bulgarian People's Army. Due to restrictions, Bulgaria has asked Poland and Czechoslovakia for assistance. The two countries are willing to assist; however, the Polish side is demanding a commission and Czechoslovakia insists on being sent an official request.
