Minutes of Meeting of WP Working Group on the Exchange of Information in Prague, 18-19 February 1987

20 Feb 1987
Description: The subject of this memorandum on the meeting of a team of experts on the exchange of information is the establishment of a multilateral group for the exchange of current information within the Warsaw Pact. The two essential issues discussed at the meeting are whether the group should be permanently located in Moscow or rotate its location among the member states, and whether or not the topic of exchange of information on "lessons of Socialist construction" should be included in the group's tasks.
