Description:
This working program is a contribution by NATO Secretary General Manlio Brosio to the discussion and decisions at the Special Group meeting on 13 March 1967. It lists seven subjects to be studied by the sub-groups of the Special Group. The working paper further proposes that the Special Group consist of permament representatives and that it be given responsibility for the preparation and coordination of the study. It also suggests entrusting the presentation of each topic to one national delegation. The sub-groups should define the specific questions, while the International Secretariat has the reporting responsibility.
