Polish Army Report on East German Misbehavior During the "Oder-Neisse-69" Exercise

22 Oct 1969
Description: This 1969 Polish army report describes transgressions committed by East German soldiers on Polish territory during the Oder-Neisse exercises. According to the report, the East Germans emphasize their commitment to the Warsaw Treaty. But simultaneously, they are displaying excessive levels of self-confidence, particularly by overestimating their own organizational skills and underestimating those of the Polish side.
