About the Author

Jordan Baev

Jordan Baev is graduate of Sofia University and received his PhD in History at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He is Associate Professor of Contemporary History and Senior Research Fellow of Security Studies at Rakovski Defense College and Visiting Professor at Sofia University and New Bulgarian University. He is Vice-President of the Bulgarian Association of Military History as well as the coordinator of the Cold War Research Group-Bulgaria, a PHP affiliate.
